This follow-up visit to a three-year old native habitat garden at a local school will feature wildflowers in their peak bloom for the Garden's chaparral, shade/riparian, and meadow grassland plant communities. The vernal pool may still contain water! Jesse, who led the establishment of this garden, will talk about the plant selections and the strengths and challenges of establishing a native garden at a public school.
